This course is an introduction to a variety of astrological practices that anyone, but particularly artists and writers, can use to reflect on their creative practice and find their way out of ruts and into flow. Learn to reveal insights from your own chart and for your projects. This course is designed for anyone. You don't need to know, understand or believe in astrology to get the benefit! And if you check the transits weekly, you'll still learn new perspectives. Instead of using the stars to control your fate, you'll learn about working with them to remember who you are and what moves you.

You will be asked to supply your birth date, time, and location when you register so a chart can be generated for you. If you do not know your exact birth time, you will be asked to estimate (morning, afternoon, evening, or night). It is still possible to engage in this course without a birth time, but some aspects will be less specific than they could be, so you are encouraged to try to find some indication of the time of day you were born if possible.

Over four weekly 2-hour sessions, we'll cover:

• Week 1: Introduction

• Week 2: Planets: Deepen your understanding of your aesthetic, voice and inspiration by exploring Venus, Mercury and Mars.

• Week 3: Houses: An invitation to explore the 3rd and 5th houses in your chart more in depth, alongside how traditional resource and career houses like the 2nd, 6th and 10th can add further clues.

• Week 4: Aspects : Learn a variety of tools for making creative decisions, for moments when you are stuck, and how transits affect your efforts. Learn to cast a chart for projects.

Please note that sessions will be recorded and shared with all ticket holders.

About Abby:

Abby Nocon (she/they) is a transformation partner, writer, performer, energy worker, ritualist and strategist from the Midwestern US, now living in London with her dog Lispector. She previously held senior roles in the digital media commercial sector but left this path due to chronic illness and a call to bring the mystic into her practice. She runs a ritual-driven studio for accessible creative futures, and creates stories, worlds and systems that reimagine how we experience knowledge, spirituality and creative undertakings. A Scorpio Sun at heart, Abby is happiest when she is helping clients and students through transformation and when she's in the flow state making poems.
